How will the course go?

In the first class we’ll give you a taste of what the classes will be like, and will explain the plan for the course, but here is a short preview:

– In the first part of the course, we’ll use acting games and improv exercises to develop several essential acting skills. At the same time, we will explore the strenghts of each student and of the group in total.

– In the second part, while we focus on performing techniques, physicality and vocal projection, we will explore the strenghts and preferences of the participants, to see which types of roles would fit each person.

– In the third part, while we focus on staging techniches (blocking) and use of the space, we will start chosing the play to represent. We will choose the play as a group, it will not be imposed by the director.

– In the fourth part, we will work on memorization techniques while we learn and rehearse the selected play.

Our social commitment

Angeles Malagueños Noche Association Ngo, Malaga, Malaguenos, Charity, Donations Myalga, Improv

We contribute to a better society by bringing people together, helping them have a fun time and learn interesting skills.

And because we want to make it affordable and fair for everyone involved, all our learning activities have a “socially conscious price scale”. People who can’t afford the fair price can get a discount, and those who can afford the abundant price can contribute more.

We also know that there are people that can’t even think of doing improv because they lack something as basic as food and shelter.

That’s why we dedicate a 10% of all our benefits to a local NGO called “Angeles Malagueños de la Noche”. A food bank that provides meals to thousands of people in need every week.
