Meet our main trainer
Alfonso Garzon is a well-rounded trainer, with many years of experience in several fields that become crucial in his role as teamwork and leadership trainer.
With two bachelors on marketing and market research, and 10+ years business experience as head of operations and other leadership roles, he understands the needs of the corporate world.
With 1500+ hours of training received, and 250+ hours of training given, all around the world, he has a deep understanding of the tools of improv.
A native Spanish speaker, with a C2 level of English and a C1 in German, he’s equipped to train teams in any of these 3 languages.
Alfonso’s playful approach sets participants at ease and creates a safe, inclusive space that encourages people to let go.
We contribute to a better society by helping companies and teams achieve their full potential with our training sessions for teams and leaders.
We also know that there are people in Málaga and the Costa del Sol that can’t even think of becoming part of a corporate team because they lack something as basic as food and shelter.
That’s why we dedicate a 10% of all our profits to a local NGO called “Angeles Malagueños de la Noche“. A food bank that provides meals to thousands of people in need every week.
